Contributors
Who writes and reviews what we publish, and how bylines work here.
Bylines
Every piece names who is responsible for it. Work researched, written and edited by staff appears under the desk byline. Pieces by named contributors carry their names and link to a profile listing their background and their published work. When a piece has been checked by a reviewer with relevant professional experience, the reviewer is named on the page.
We do not publish invented or composite bylines, and we list only credentials a reader can verify.
Desks and contributors
- BTT Road & Legal Editorial DeskPieces carrying the desk byline are researched, written and edited by BTT Road & Legal staff under our editorial policy. Every figure is traced to a named source, and pieces discussing law are written as explanation, not advice.
Writing for BTT Road & Legal
We work with reporters, researchers, safety professionals and attorneys who write clearly and source carefully. Pitches go to editorial@bttlaw.com with a short summary, the sources you would rely on and links to previous work. Contributed pieces go through the same editing and fact-checking as staff work.
